This Partnering Operations Assessment allows you to compare your organization’s level of partnering operation proficiency to others across the country based on the 6 elements of the Strategic Partner Leadership Model (SPLM). Instructions: Select a number between 1 and 10 that best answers each question. At the conclusion of the assessment, our system will calculate individual scores for each SPLM element and an aggregate score that will allow you to compare your organization to the national average.
