Core Partnering Courses – SPLP® Certification Track
This course teaches foundational topics, concepts, and terms that set the stage for an in-depth exploration to the art and science of developing successful strategic partnerships.
This course teaches our proprietary Strategic Partner Leadership Model (SPLM), a revolutionary framework to help your organization effectively operationalize its strategic partnerships.
In this 9-hour information-packed educational journey, you will learn the 6 phases of the channel partnering process and be guided through a disciplined process to create your company-specific channel partnering playbook.
This course teaches our proprietary 5-Phase Partnering Process, a methodical system for going from a partnership “concept,” through a successful negotiation, to a long-term beneficial strategic partnership.
All PARTNERNOMICS courses can include coaching. This includes meeting with 5-10 partnering professionals and a PARTNERNOMICS expert coach for an hour each week for the duration of the coaching program purchased. After purchasing a coaching program, someone from our team will reach out to begin the scheduling process.

Partnering Foundations & Strategic Partner Leadership Model Coaching – This program includes 7-weeks of coaching with a PARTNERNOMICS expert coach and a cohort of partnering professionals. After completion of Partnering Foundations (1st week), the group will step into the Strategic Partner Leadership Model (SPLM) course which introduces our proprietary Strategic Partner Leadership Model (SPLM) framework.
Partnering Foundations & Partnering Process Coaching – This program includes 7-weeks of coaching with a PARTNERNOMICS expert coach and a cohort of partnering professionals. After completion of Partnering Foundations (1st week), the group will step into whichever Partnering Process course they chose (Channel or Solutions).
Full SPLP® Certification Coaching – The PARTNERNOMICS Guided SPLP® certification package includes all 3 PARTNERNOMICS® courses included in the SPLP® certification program. In addition, participants also receive 14 hours of expert coaching with a cohort of partnering professionals to step them through the modules and assist with implementation.
