PARTNERNOMICS® – University (8 week)

This is the 8-Week version of the PARTNERNOMICS University course. It is specifically designed for, and only offered to, graduate students enrolled in a university course. Students should also be studying a discipline of business or organizational leadership. This version takes the learner through a very disciplined and chronological process to show the key phases of how organizations achieve competitve advantages by leveraging the power of partnership. The first half of this course is focused on foundational principles of organizational growth strategies and opportunity due diligence. The last half of the course focuses on the 5 phases of the partnering process which includes topics such as, 1) Building a Partnering Strategy, 2) Engaging and Selecting Partnering Candidates, 3) Negotiating Terms of a Partnering Agreement, 4) Executing a Partnering Contract, and 5) Operationalizing a new Partnership. 

 

This course utilized dozens of topical lesson videos that facilitate the learner’s comprehension of concepts and tools. Participants will also be exposed to numerous business and partnership thought leaders who share key insights in an video interview format. The PARTNERNOMICS.com platform is totally mobile-friendly.
