Amy Courter’s rich and diverse background includes two decades of leadership at a billion-dollar public corporation, setting strategy and coordinating systems and processes world-wide. From 2007-2011, Major General Amy S. Courter served as the National Commander and CEO of the Civil Air Patrol, the federally chartered nonprofit corporation and USAF auxiliary, leading 61,000-plus personnel in fulfillment of the organization’s three congressionally chartered missions including Emergency Services. Courter has been selected or elected to positions on numerous boards, serving both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. She has worked in a variety of industries including marketing services, healthcare, technology, and manufacturing. Amy is a Certified EOS Implementer, helping leaders get more from their businesses with shared vision and increased traction, while building a cohesive, healthy, and functioning team that delivers results. Courter is a graduate of Kalamazoo College and earned her MBA from WGU with excellence in ethics and management communication.
