Driven by a passion for children, she acquired a failing preschool and scaled it to three locations, 50 staff, and 300+ students. When operations became overwhelming, she restructured using EOS, built strong leadership, and increased profitability. In 2021, she exited through a private equity acquisition that retained her team and model. A year later, the leadership team won regional awards for performance and retention.
