Hello,
My name is Tariq A Smith Sr. co-owner of B and S Management LLC, we are in the HSE consulting business within the construction and oil and gas industry pertaining to well abandonment, new well construction projects, and construction projects with in the petro -chemical industry.(In which I have 12 years of experience within the industry. The other Co-owner has 15 years within the industry) The other aspects of our organization are livestock management in helping minorities find grant and loan programs to start a farm or sustain established farm land, and also we try to use veteran resources to help our organization to operate more efficient.

My hobbies are, both salt water and fresh water fishing, collecting and discharging pyrotechnics from the yester years, and volunteer with community outreach programs to help youth and people that were incarcerated to get a fresh start for success in society.
