I am Melanie, a South African living in Portugal.  I have spent my career in the IT industry, working in various fields such as cloud computing, software licensing, and analytics. I have worked with some of the world’s leading organisations such as Google Cloud, Tech Mahindra, Dimension Data, Anglo American and SAS Institute. I have a passion for helping businesses succeed through strategic partnerships and enablement initiatives.  I specialise in building and managing long-term relationships with partners and customers, developing contracts that align with their needs and goals, and running training and marketing programs to ensure their success. I am a collaborative team player with a strong work ethic. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities.

In addition to my business experience, I am a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner. NLP is a psychological approach focusing on communication, personal development, and behaviour to achieve desired outcomes.  I use NLP to help me connect with people on a deeper level, to build trust and rapport, and to create a positive work environment.
