Bio |
I started my career as a scientist… well, sort of. I received my BS Geophysics from the University of Delaware. Upon graduation, I accepted a coveted management development role at a large banking company, thus kicking off a 10-year stint in corporate America. Since leaving that role, I have spend the last 20+ years building partner programs for tech companies, most offering SaaS solutions.
By incorporating the Partnernomics framework, I help my clients create a successful and sustainable revenue stream from highly effective partner programs. Engagements range from simple retained advisory with periodic strategy and update sessions, to workshop or keynote delivery of partnership frameworks, and even occasional fractional executive leadership, where I join the leadership team on a part-time basis, guiding partnership strategy and execution for the comany.

Hobbies |
I love to serve as volunteer leadership for different organizations, as well as mentor young professionals beginning their career journey. Currently, I am the president and chair of the Technology Forum of Delaware, and mentor with CompTIA, as well as the University of Delaware’s Lerner Executive Mentor Program.
I am also building my speaking portfolio, having delivered 3 TEDx talks, and working on my next one.
If neither of these count as hobbies, I also enjoy distance running, and “distance” sitting on the beach for hours on end. My wife of 25 years (what!) and 2 young adult children live in Delaware in an 1840’s farmhouse and spend as much time on the edge of the continent (aka “beach”) as possible.
