Having a military and fire service background allowed me to surround myself with great leaders and finding ways to manage difficult situations and events.

I took this knowledge and started two companies where I went from startup to growth in a relatively short period of time. I was able to network and bring together a team of people, not only internally but harnessed the power of relationship building to help me navigate the tough world of owning a business. Without these partnerships and personal relationships I would have never succeeded.

This brings me to my new venture where I currently get to work with many others in the partnering and leadership world that allows me to learn something new each day. Building relationships will always be a passion of mine into the future.
