For sure. The best leaders are life-long learners. The Harvard contributions are helpful.
As Mike Milich describes in his course, approaches that many programs teach (like Harvard), focus on problem solving. This approach is ideal if both parties see the same problem in the same way. But what happens when they don’t? I really like how the “4-Phases Model” handles alternative approaches when “problem-solving” does not work. -
Michael, this is awesome. Thanks for the great reply and I couldn’t agree more. It is critical to have full executive support and awareness in each of your partnering initiatives. The PARTNERNOMICS methodology encourages leaders to use an Organizational Partnering Plan (OPP) to align the stakeholders and create clarity on the strategy. And secondly, create Strategic Partnering Plans (SPP) to overtly identify each of the components you raised and more. Thanks for your contribution!

I have never been, but it looks amazing. My wife has been and she really wants us to go. Have you seen the recent fires there? It looks like several landmarks have been damaged or destroyed – so sad 😞
