- Participants will gain an appreciation for the significant value that partnerships can bring to organizations.
- Participants will learn the continuum of various partnerships (transactional versus highly collaborative).
- Participants will be able to explain how partnerships are impacted by the following frameworks: Quadrants of Solutions, Supply & Demand, and Goals for Partnerships.
- Participants will understand the 12 Opportunities for partnerships and be able to evaluate the potential value for each to their organization.
